GENERAL

What is the difference between male and female cannabis seeds?

The marijuana plant or cannabis plant is an hermaphroditic plant. This means that there are male and female plants. The female plant has flowers and resin and is used for the cultivation of marijuana. The male plant only produces pollen, which has no further application.

A male plant can fertilize a female plant so a female plant will produce seeds. The result of the production of seeds by the female plant is that energy is lost and this results in a smaller harvest. For this reason male plants are not used and removed. Therefore we only sell female seeds.

How long do my seeds last?

When the conditions are optimal, You could store the cannabis seed somewhere between 3-10 years if they are stored dry and dark.

Why do you have to germinate seeds first?

The best result is reached by first germinating the seeds. This is better because when you let the seeds start in a controlled environment, it increases the chance that the seeds germinate well. When you directly put the seeds in the ground without germinating them first, there is a high chance a part of the seeds will not come up.

It seems like my order is delayed. What can I do about this?

If this is the case, you should have received an email about the delay of your order.

This email will tell you why the order is delayed, and for how long. It’s of course possible to exchange the product with another product. Just send a reply to the email you received and we will change the order for you.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to create a separate order.

The address I provided for the order is incorrect. Can this still be changed?

Please note that we won’t be able to amend delivery details if the parcel has already been prepared for shipment. We can still send it to our shipping partner but we can’t ensure you that the address gets changed in time.

Can anyone order Cannabis Seeds on your website?

This webshop is only for people who grow their seeds at home and we do not sell to professional companies. Our intentions are to become one of the biggest seed companies worldwide and therefore we want to comply to the law.

If our products are handled in a responsible manner, we believe that selling/purchasing them will not harm people or the environment.
By keeping a maximum of 30 seeds per order we want to prevent the sales of seeds for professional purposes.

Card payments are always processed immediately and generally accepted from all of Europe, it's possible it wont't be accepted from non-EU banks, in that case use one of the other payment methods.

Wire Transfer

If you choose wire transfer as your payment method, you will find our bank details on the last page when placing your order. Please put your order number as the reference of the transfer so we can link your payment to the order and start processing your order.
Wire transfers take around 2-3 working days to be processed.

I use a forwarding adress

We can only guarantee arrival of your products at the address that you submit with your order. We can't control mail forwarders, so that means we can't do offer re-shipments or refunds if an order is lost through such a service.

Can customs intercept my order?

Seedbanks all over the world have been shipping seeds to countries for multiple years now. Sometimes, on very rare occasions, customs send a notice of interception letter. If you receive this letter, there are no legal, or other, consequences. Seeds aren't a priority on the customs officer’s priority list. We will send you new seeds.
