Step 1.

Drop the seed into a glass of water. Let the seed soak in the dark at a temperature of 20-25 Celsius or 68/77 Fahrenheit.

Step 2.

After 2-6 hours move the seed onto a plate between two moist layers of cotton paper. Make sure to keep the layers moist. DO NOT SOAK THEM.

Step 3.

Leave the germination plate in a closed dark space. Usually within 48-72 hrs the seed split his casing shell.

Step 4.

When the white, initial root is visible the seed is ready to be planted.

Step 5.

Place the seed with the tap root facing down. Keep the medium moist, the seedling usually begins the grow within 2-5 days.
